Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an experienced consultant to join its Digital & Technology Services team, delivering technology-enabled transformation for leading clients in the United States. You will partner with senior stakeholders, assess current technology environments, and craft pragmatic roadmaps to drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires 4–8+ years in management or technology consulting, with strong program management, executive communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how technology enables broader business strategy and transformation objectives.
• Excellent project and program management capabilities with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate with senior executives and clients.
• Ability to travel as client and engagement needs require.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure analyses and present clear executive-level recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development, propose solutions, and participate in client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership and mentorship.
