Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management/technology consulting or related fields.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or supporting complex technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how technology enables business strategy and transformation objectives.
• Strong project and program management capabilities across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate with senior executives and teams.
• Willingness to travel as client and engagement needs require.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, capabilities, and processes for improvement.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure and oversee analyses, and translate findings into executive-level recommendations.
• Manage the development and quality of client deliverables and presentations.
• Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development through proposals and client interactions.
