Alvarez & Marsal seeks experienced consultants to join our Digital & Technology Services team in Chicago, driving technology-enabled transformations and partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4–8+ years in management or technology consulting, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and present to executives. Travel is expected as client needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 4–8+ years in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supporting complex technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to develop structured recommendations and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Experience building executive-level presentations and communicating complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with client priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure analyses and translate findings into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and day-to-day relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
