Job summary

American Interstate Signcrafters is seeking a Digital Signage Solutions & Technology Lead to build and guide digital signage capabilities across multiple locations. You will bridge sales, PM, installation, vendors, and client IT to scope, plan, deploy, and support complex signage projects.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with LED displays, CMS platforms, and AV/IT integration, and can shape scalable processes, staff, and standards within a growing national company.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital signage and AV integration.
• Proficient with CMS platforms and content delivery workflows.
• Experience with LED display systems and video processors.
• Strong networking and remote support capabilities.
• Ability to assess feasibility and risks in AV/IT projects.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Define AIS’s digital signage capabilities and standards.
• Develop scope for digital signage and connected displays.
• Recommend products and system architectures based on client needs.
• Coordinate between sales, project teams, vendors, and client IT.
• Develop repeatable processes for project intake, estimation, and deployment.
• Support network requirements and remote access planning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV signal flow issues.
• Provide technical escalation for digital signage projects.
• Identify staffing needs and training requirements as the department grows.
• Create internal documentation and technical standards.
