Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Manager of Emerging Technologies & Digital Signage to lead exploration and deployment of innovative signage technologies across FASTSIGNS network. This role sources vendors, conducts R&D, evaluates equipment, supports training, and guides best practices to advance network capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in signage/graphics, solid knowledge of CMS and signage systems, and experience applying AI to workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in the signage and graphics industry with hands-on experience in production equipment and workflows.
• Working knowledge of digital signage systems and content management platforms.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI applications and automation, for the FASTSIGNS network.
• Design and run pilot programs to validate new tech before network-wide adoption.
• Maintain a technology roadmap and provide go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate equipment testing, evaluation reports, and purchasing recommendations.
• Translate findings into training materials and enablement assets for franchisees.
