Qualifications

• 5 years manufacturing experience within automotive/mechatronic industries.
• Experience with multiple manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, forming, assembling).
• Past experience with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) strongly preferred.
• High competence with machine PLC systems (e.g., SIEMENS, KUKA, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley).
• High competence in machine protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Profibus/-net to connect machines to data servers).
• Demonstrated practical understanding of software-based languages (SAP UI5, html5).
• Experience in PLC machine data interface, used by Remote Service, MES, Traceability, Quality, Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated first point of contact for manufacturing digitalization and end-to-end project delivery.
• Establish and manage project governance, stakeholder coordination, and timelines within budget.
• Support transformative cross-functional project implementations and IoT/Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Provide ROI, KPI selection and improvements for IoT and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to advance MAHLE's I4.0 strategy.
