Job summary

You will develop governance structures, guide tasks and deadlines, and provide ROI analyses to justify digital investments while collaborating with regional and global colleagues to advance digitalization strategy.

Qualifications

• 5 years manufacturing experience in automotive/mechatronics.
• Experience with multiple manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, forming, assembling).
• AGV experience strongly preferred.
• Strong PLC expertise (Siemens, KUKA, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
• Fluency with machine protocols: OPC-UA, MQTT, Profibus/Profinet.
• Familiarity with SAP UI5 and HTML5.
• Experience with PLC data interfaces used by Remote Service/MES/Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing digitalization projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget with high client satisfaction.
• Establish project governance and coordinate stakeholders and teams.
• Support transformative cross-functional digitalization implementations.
• Advise on IoT and Industry 4.0 initiatives for plants.
• Provide ROI and KPI calculations for IoT/Industry 4.0 projects.
• Collaborate with MPS Industry 4.0 team and IT partners.
• Align with business units on digitalization goals and strategy.
• Support a virtual team to manage business-case visibility.
