Qualifications

• BA in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of project or team management experience.
• Digital marketing experience in an agency or brand setting.
• Sound understanding of digital and web marketing principles.
• Awareness and understanding of UX and UI best practices.
• Awareness and understanding of general e-commerce best practices and trends.
• Proven experience taking design from idea through execution.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Project management software experience (Monday.com, Atlassian, Asana, or similar).
• Collaborative individual with experience working across brand, marketing, and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and own project management tools
• Delegate and track project tasks, collaborating with the DMT
• Track project performance
• Scope project resources and identify conflicts
• Own and share the project timeline
• Lead and contribute to meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and clients, identifying moments to leverage emerging opportunities
• Ensure all projects operate according to schedule and in support of high-level team objectives
• Establish process, set standards, and ensure work meets quality standards
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to eliminate waste and increase quality of work
