Job summary

Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to maintain a cohesive social media presence for Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology, Skin Science, and The Skin Spa. This role combines medical dermatology and aesthetics to elevate the brand.

You will create and publish content, analyze performance, and collaborate with providers and teams to execute campaigns across platforms. In-office content capture is required roughly twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Experience managing social media strategies across multiple brands.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video and other digital content.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Edits by Instagram, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple content pillars across social channels with a cohesive brand presence.
• Analyze reach, engagement, watch time and other metrics to inform strategy.
• Film, photograph, and edit engaging digital content and short-form video.
• Build and execute campaigns from concept to completion.
• Ensure content complies with privacy, regulatory and brand standards.
• Monitor and engage with social communities.
