Chicago Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Independent Contractor) to lead social media, content creation, and campaigns across three brands from our Chicago office. The role emphasizes video production, SEO-aware blogging, and cohesive storytelling with the marketing team.

Proficiency with Shopify, CRM platforms, and creative tools is preferred; experience in healthcare or aesthetics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field required.
• 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, content creation, social media, or agency work.
• Experience managing social media strategies and content calendars across multiple brands.
• Proficiency with Shopify website management.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Edits by Instagram, and Figma.
• Background in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms for three brands, including development and management of monthly content calendars.
• Develop engaging digital content and campaigns for social media, websites, email, and other digital channels, adapting content for each platform and audience.
• Film, photograph, edit, and produce engaging digital content, including short-form video, across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to bring content concepts and campaigns to life visually.
• Develop thought leadership and B2B content for LinkedIn with leadership guidance.
