CLA is seeking a Digital Industry Leader for Construction and Real Estate to drive the firm’s digital vision within these sectors. This role leads strategy, adoption of digital solutions, and go-to-market initiatives to enable client outcomes and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have deep experience in digital strategy, advisory, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of delivering industry-focused digital transformations. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and digital portfolio growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the digital strategy for the Construction and Real Estate industry, aligning capabilities with trends and client needs.
• Drive digital growth by identifying opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and building a healthy industry pipeline.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to industry leaders and clients on digital transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct discovery and advisory sessions with clients and prospects to assess needs.
• Collaborate across service lines and geographies for integrated digital solutions.
• Promote digital offerings internally through training and adoption support.
• Develop and deliver industry-facing content such as thought leadership, webinars, events, and presentations.
• Oversee revenue impact by supporting FP&A, opportunity creation, deal qualification, and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor industry dynamics to inform strategy; mentor digital team members.
