Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience/education may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy for the Construction and Real Estate industry, aligning capabilities with industry trends and client needs.
• Drive digital growth through opportunity identification, GTM plans, and healthy industry pipeline.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to industry leaders and key clients, guiding digital transformation and solution roadmaps.
• Conduct discovery and advisory sessions to assess needs and design digital strategies.
• Collaborate across service lines to ensure integrated, industry-relevant digital solutions.
• Promote digital offerings internally with training and adoption support.
• Develop industry-facing content such as thought leadership, webinars, events, and presentations.
• Monitor industry dynamics to inform strategy.
