Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, market development, or digital portfolio growth preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy for the Construction and Real Estate industry, aligning capabilities with industry trends and client needs.
• Drive digital growth by identifying opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and advancing a healthy industry pipeline.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to industry leaders and clients, guiding digital transformation and solution roadmaps.
• Conduct discovery and advisory sessions with clients and prospects to assess needs and design digital strategies.
• Collaborate across service lines and geographies to deliver integrated, industry-relevant digital solutions.
• Promote digital offerings internally, enabling industry teams through training and adoption support.
• Develop and deliver industry-facing content such as thought leadership, webinars, events, and presentations.
• Monitor industry dynamics to inform strategy.
• Mentor and develop Digital team members.
