Responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy for the Construction and Real Estate industry, aligning offerings with client needs.
• Drive digital growth by identifying opportunities and shaping go-to-market plans.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to industry leaders and key clients for digital transformation.
• Conduct discovery and advisory sessions with clients to design digital strategies.
• Collaborate across service lines and geographies to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Promote digital offerings internally with training and adoption support.
• Develop and deliver industry-facing content such as thought leadership and webinars.
• Oversee revenue impact through FP&A support, opportunity creation, and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Mentor and develop Digital team members specializing in the industry.
