Monks is seeking a Digital Investment Senior Manager to lead day-to-day media strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients. You will develop investment plans, oversee activation and optimization, and ensure delivery against objectives, budgets, and KPIs.

You’ll collaborate with account, strategy, analytics, and operations teams while mentoring junior staff to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital media experience with 2+ years in programmatic buying.
• Experience with at least one major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP).
• Experience presenting digital media performance in client-facing settings.
• Experience managing publisher, media vendor, or data vendor partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital investment recommendations across programmatic and direct partners.
• Oversee programmatic campaign activation across DSPs and ensure alignment with media plan.
• Manage in-flight pacing, budgets, optimization, and performance across campaigns.
• Troubleshoot trafficking, creative, publisher, and measurement issues with internal/third parties.
• Create performance reporting and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
• Measure campaign impact and translate results into client-ready recommendations.
• Present campaign recaps and strategic recommendations to account leads and clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in digital investment execution across channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, vendors, and data partners.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
