Job summary

Wing is hiring a Digital & Field Events Marketer for the M32 AI initiative. You will own all events from industry conferences to webinars, coordinating between sales, marketing, and product to convert booth activity into meetings and revenue.

This fully remote role requires 1–4 years in event marketing, experience with event tools, and a passion for AI-driven processes. Expect travel across North America and potential Europe travel as we expand.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing.
• Experience planning events end-to-end for B2B/tech.
• Experience managing an events budget with ROI focus.
• Comfort with AI tools to automate event workflows.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize events; maintain a rolling 12-month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and speaking slots.
• Plan end-to-end event logistics: booth design, shipping, AV, catering, travel.
• Be on-site point of contact; manage setup/teardown and troubleshooting.
• Prepare the team with objectives, accounts, and logistics.
• Drive pipeline with sales; book pre-show meetings and lead follow-up.
• Run pre- and post-event campaigns with marketing.
• Own the event budget and track costs.
