You will optimize content for search and generative engines, collaborate with University Communications, and contribute to editorial strategies and distribution logistics across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to write compelling stories and create brand-based narratives across digital platforms.
• Excellent ability to create content across a wide variety of media and project types.
• Strong knowledge of AP style; working knowledge of Chicago/MLA styles.

Responsibilities

• Content creation and management for flagship digital publications to build engagement and drive objectives.
• Create content for social, social search, and web properties to tell the University's story and showcase the Richmond experience.
• Contribute to cross-platform projects and editorial strategy; integrate brand messaging in digital content.
• Manage website content for publications; distribute institutional emails and other digital content; ensure deadlines and quality.
• Build relationships with campus partners to foster collaborative storytelling opportunities.
