Qualifications

• Effective time-management, organization, and adaptability to changing needs.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Executives and independent contractors and oversee multiple digital marketing projects.
• Strengthen client relationships and serve as the go-to resource for senior management.
• Provide clear, dependable communications across all levels and departments.
• Steer briefs, present work confidently, and manage client/agency expectations.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and identifying growth areas.
