Peraton is actively seeking a Senior Business Development Director to lead growth across the Department of Homeland Security. This role requires significant experience in business development with a focus on winning federal contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in pursuing opportunities over $200M, and a deep understanding of DHS operations. You'll be instrumental in shaping strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through a customer-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in business development.
• Demonstrated track record of successful pursuits in excess of $100M.
• U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline by developing and qualifying opportunities aligned to corporate campaigns.
• Achieve acquisition and sales goals through new business wins and contract recompetes.
• Serve as the primary interface with the DHS customer community.
