Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating new business and revenue in DHS or federal government markets.
• Strong ability to build and manage executive-level relationships across DHS components.
• Experience leading complex capture, proposal, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a DHS-focused growth strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new DHS opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in capture and proposals.
• Maintain and expand Arch's DHS network of customers and partners.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to Arch leadership.
• Represent Arch at DHS industry events and customer meetings.
