Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a disciplined analyst to work directly with the CEO, COO, and finance leadership on fundraising, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. You will help maintain the operating rhythm and ensure momentum across initiatives.

You will keep pipelines and trackers current, prepare briefing materials, attend meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and help execute agreements. You will also manage data-room access and coordinate diligence requests through closure.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a comparable analytical and process-driven role, with a degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of owning trackers, timelines, and follow-ups across many simultaneous workstreams.
• Strong written communication, including professional correspondence with senior external contacts.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Slides, and Claude skills, and comfort building and maintaining financial models.
• Sound judgment handling confidential and market-sensitive information.
• Comfortable working directly with a CEO and executive team, and willing to hold senior people to commitments.
• Experience supporting a financing, M&A, or diligence process is a plus.
• Energy industry or climate tech experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
