Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Cape Cod philanthropic landscape is beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Oversee the development and execution of fundraising campaigns.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with individual major donors and corporate sponsors.
• Play a leading role in the execution of the Capital Campaign.
• Provide guidance and leadership in development best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day fundraising operations.
• Lead the planning and execution of major fundraising events.
