Friends of the Children Central Oregon seeks a Development Director to lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts in Bend, Oregon. The role focuses on building a comprehensive development strategy, donor stewardship, and sustainable funding for the organization's programs.

The Director will collaborate with the Executive Director, Board, and community partners to expand donor bases, advance fundraising initiatives, and implement systems that support long-term organizational growth.

• Proven ability to design and implement a comprehensive development strategy.
• Experience translating organizational priorities into donor-focused opportunities.
• Strong donor stewardship and relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement an annual development strategy aligned with mission and fundraising goals.
• Build and maintain donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and engagement systems.
• Establish a donor pipeline from identification to solicitation and stewardship.
• Lead annual giving strategies including campaigns and renewals.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with current donors and prospects.
• Develop corporate sponsorships and community partnerships.
