Kids FIRST is seeking a strategic Development Director to lead fundraising, communications, and community engagement in Lane County. You will partner with the Executive Director and Board to craft a long-range development plan and build lasting donor relationships.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of professional fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to solicit gifts and build donor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Aufgaben

• Create and lead fundraising strategies, budgets, revenue forecasts, and goals.
• Grow annual giving, major gifts, grants, sponsorships, planned giving, and corporate and foundation partnerships.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through authentic, long-term relationships.
• Lead fundraising events from initial vision through execution and evaluation.
• Guide donor communications, marketing, storytelling, social media, and public relations.
• Represent Kids FIRST at donor meetings, community events, networking opportunities, and speaking engagements.
• Lead and support development staff, volunteers, interns, and consultants.
