Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of nonprofit development with demonstrated fundraising.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading development teams.
• 2+ years of direct fundraising asks and managing major donor portfolios.
• Proven track record of achieving fundraising goals and donor relationships.
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles and donor stewardship; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial projections.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Portland metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategies and priorities with Executive Leadership.
• Lead growth of unrestricted funding and diversify revenue streams.
• Oversee donor stewardship and engagement to build trust and retention.
• Create compelling cases for support communicating impact and needs.
• Lead Moves Management for major gift donors and portfolios.
• Oversee CRM management and data integrity; develop fundraising tools and materials.
• Collaborate across marketing, programs, and leadership on campaigns and events.
