Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of fundraising or business development experience.
• Minimum of three years of management and supervisory experience; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee fundraising strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Recruit, cultivate, and expand planned giving programs.
• Set and monitor short- and long-term fundraising goals across funding sources.
• Cultivate major gifts and capital campaign donors and steward their support.
• Oversee direct mail campaigns, annual appeals, and major gift initiatives.
• Plan donor recognition programs and stewardship activities.
• Track and manage grant proposals to foundations and corporations.
• Prepare grant applications with the Development team.
