Job summary

Orange County Catholic Schools seeks an Advancement Director to lead the annual fundraising plan and budget, coordinating with senior management and the Board to set targets and strategies. The role directs donor cultivation, grant submissions, reporting, endowment and scholarship funds, alumni communications, events and public relations.

You will actively identify new funding sources and contribute to board recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual fund-raising plan and budget with senior management and Board
• Cultivate donors, recognize supporters, develop grant submissions and reporting
• Oversee endowment and scholarship funds, alumni communications, events and PR
• Identify new funding sources and pursue opportunities
• Assist in recruiting new board members
• Represent the Academy at events on and off campus
