ST. CATHERINE’S ACADEMY in Anaheim, CA seeks a Development Director to lead the annual fundraising plan, coordinate with administration and the Board, and adapt strategies to changing conditions.

The role includes donor cultivation, grant submissions, endowment and scholarship oversight, alumni communications, events, and public relations. You will aggressively identify new funding sources and report to leadership while supporting board recruitment and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
• Experience in fund development for nonprofit organizations.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
• Spanish/Chinese/Vietnamese language skills are helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Develops an annual plan and budget with senior management and Board.
• Cultivates major donors and oversees gifts, including planned giving.
• Submits grant applications annually and monitors reporting.
• Oversees endowment and scholarship funds; manages alumni programs and events.
• Collaborates with Marketing on donor communications and outreach tools.
• Represents the Academy at events and maintains donor relations.
