The role requires a creative, organized professional with experience in corporate events, venue buyouts, branded activations, and large-scale experiences, capable of managing multiple projects across several venues in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in event design, event production, experiential marketing, hospitality, nightlife, a destination management company, or a related creative field.
• Proven experience building or developing a creative design, event production, or related department.
• Experience training or directing event services, production, or operations teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the creative design and production department from the ground up.
• Manage production from proposal development through installation, event execution, breakdown, and final billing.
• On-site production leadership for high-profile and large-scale events.
• Provide training and guidance to event services team members on event presentation, décor placement, food and buffet displays, branding, signage, and overall guest experience.
• Coordinate load-in, setup, on-site production, and load-out expectations.
