Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco HQ is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a team of eight or more designers across the customer journey—from discovery to expansion. You’ll set direction, raise the craft bar, and create the conditions for great work.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, data science, research, content design, and go-to-market leaders to ensure the team’s work advances user needs, product quality, and sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing a sizeable product design team.
• Ability to hire thoughtfully and help people develop.
• Experience designing for consumer products at scale across complex journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high performing team of product designers, providing clarity, feedback, and support.
• Maintain a high craft bar, turning complex problems into simple, cohesive experiences.
• Set a clear design vision for discovery, adoption, and value realization.
• Decide focus areas, assign priorities, and balance tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, research, and GTM leaders to shape long-term direction.
• Integrate research, data, experimentation, and design judgment to deliver value.
• Ensure the overall experience feels intentional across journeys and surfaces.
• Help shape responsible, AI-native consumer growth at a global scale.
