The position is onsite in Houston, TX with a salary range of $111,118 to $130,728 and an annual performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five years of relevant experience including prior management experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Public Health, or related fields.
• Preferred: experience in clinical and/or academic medicine as an operational leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple service lines and ensures programs are delivered effectively, efficiently, and securely.
• Acts as a senior strategy advisor to the BCM Administrator and Otolaryngology leadership.
• Develops strategic priorities and communicates KPIs and strategic metrics.
