Baylor College of Medicine in Houston seeks an Associate Administrator for the Department of Otolaryngology. This onsite role will oversee multiple service lines, driving strategic planning, performance measurement, and operational excellence across clinical, research, and educational domains.

You will report to the BCM Administrator and collaborate with department leadership to align priorities, manage staff, and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience including prior management experience.
• Master's degree preferred (Business, Public Health, or related fields).
• Experience in clinical and/or academic medicine as an operational leader is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple service lines and ensure programs are delivered effectively, efficiently, and securely.
• Serve as a senior strategy advisor to plan, organize, direct, evaluate, and improve healthcare operations and fiscal accountability.
• Lead with the Chair of Otolaryngology and faculty, coordinating priorities and communicating performance metrics.
