Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years in project/program management, deployment coordination, or related roles.
• Experience with data center, electrical infrastructure, or mission-critical deployments.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer coordination and deployment planning for concierge services across the full project lifecycle.
• Act as primary customer-facing representative for assigned deployment programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, operations, service, and more.
• Lead customer meetings, track milestones, risks, and issue resolution with transparent status updates.
• Maintain site readiness, material availability, access requirements, and deployment milestones.
• Ensure alignment of customer schedules with internal production and commissioning activities.
