Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Technical Deployment Analyst to manage customer deployment activities across the implementation lifecycle in our data centers. You will coordinate across customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of colocation, power, interconnection, and infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, telecom, engineering, CS or business.
• Minimum 2+ years in technical deployment, project coordination, data center ops, telecom, networking, cloud infra, or similar.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, cabinets, cages and cabling.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, fiber, cross-connect).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates end-to-end customer deployment activities for new installations, expansions, and modifications
• Acts as primary point of contact during implementation projects with customers and stakeholders
• Drives project milestones and deployment schedules to meet deadlines
• Facilitates deployment kickoff meetings and ongoing reviews
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies
