Job summary

Cook Children’s in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Manager to lead Denial Reduction and Analytics within Revenue Integrity, PFS, and CBO. You will guide denial-related activities from registration to billing, develop trending and root-cause analytics, and mentor staff to optimize workflows and system use.

Collaborating with finance and clinical teams, you’ll create insights, build ad-hoc reports, and drive process improvements to reduce denials and support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Admin, Business, Finance or related field.
• Five years hospital or physician revenue cycle experience.
• Three years' leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical direction across Revenue Integrity and PFS.
• Develop denial trend analyses and root-cause reporting.
• Lead training and troubleshooting for denial reduction processes.
• Mentor staff and promote best analytics practices.
