Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Manager of Denial Reduction and Analytics to lead Revenue Integrity, PFS and CBO initiatives. You will guide denial management across registration, financial clearance/authorization, coding and billing, and develop denial trending and root-cause analyses.

This role partners with Finance and clinical teams to optimize workflows, mentor staff, and implement standardized reporting to reduce denials and improve financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Five years hospital or physician revenue cycle or financial analysis experience required
• Three years' experience in leadership role preferred
• Ability to apply supervisory and leadership techniques in an operational setting
• Excellent ability to interpret statistical reports and perform quantitative analysis
• Knowledge of information systems for data-driven decision making
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership
• Knowledge of healthcare financial and accounting practices
• Experience with Epic Systems Revenue Cycle Solutions preferred
