Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions, a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Demand Manager to own demand-planning for assigned customers and product lines at the Valley Green (Yocumtown), PA location. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Operations, and Manufacturing to translate demand into actionable plans.

The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, inventory health, and capacity visibility, with leadership updates on performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; BI tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for customers and product lines.
• Lead the demand-planning cadence and cross-functional discussions.
• Align demand with sales, service, product, operations, and manufacturing.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, backlog, inventory, and service metrics and propose actions.
• Communicate demand changes and risks to stakeholders and customers as needed.
• Support account-management with demand visibility and escalations.
• Maintain planning data, reports, and dashboards; pursue improvements.
• Prepare concise data-driven updates for Business Unit leadership.
• Participate in new product introductions and strategic customer planning.
