Job summary

Amphenol Corporation in Valley Green, PA is seeking a Director of Demand Management to lead Customer Service, Account Management and demand planning. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Production, Logistics, Marketing and Engineering.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, establish KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership while driving digitization of planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, product line management, account management, demand planning.
• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in demand planning tools, CRM systems, and data analytics software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and teams across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Service team to ensure responsiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the Account Management team, driving effective demand planning strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to forecast demand and align capacity, resources, and inventory.
• Develop KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed.
• Digitize demand planning processes and integrate data analytics tools to improve forecasting accuracy and visibility.
