Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Director of Demand Management to lead Customer Service and Account Management in Valley Green, PA. The role will oversee demand planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives across Marketing, Logistics and Operations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in related roles, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive cross-functional programs in a global electronics environment. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in product management, product line management, account management, or demand planning within electronics/manufacturing.
• Strong leadership with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in demand planning tools, CRM systems, and data analytics software.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-functional projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Service team to ensure responsiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies that enhance service delivery and address inquiries effectively.
• Establish KPIs to measure service success, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed.
• Act as a senior point of escalation for complex customer issues, providing solutions to enhance relationships.
• Lead the Account Management and Demand Planning teams to meet customer requirements and drive business goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Operations to forecast demand and align resources.
• Develop demand management strategies to optimize product availability and balance inventory.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals and provide coaching.
