Prime Matter Labs in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support demand forecasting, production planning, and S&OP processes. You will partner with production, quality, and shipping teams to meet targets and ensure on-time delivery for customer orders.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, ERP/MRP data maintenance, and collaboration across functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A strong foundation in forecasting and Excel is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience in manufacturing is required.
• Experience in supply chain demand planning is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience in forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain management.
• Analytical mindset with data-supported decision making.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with production planning software and ERP planning modules.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Identify production needs and help set quotas and key metrics for production.
• Develop weekly and monthly production schedules with production staff.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping to meet monthly sales targets.
• Prioritize products and coordinate project needs with the production floor.
• Prepare reports to track progress against forecasts (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Analyze risks in the Master Production Plan considering lead times and capacity.
• Support on-time delivery to customer request dates.
• Assist with S&OP process by reconciling demand with capacity and constraints.
• Track forecast accuracy KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with purchasing on raw materials and long-lead items.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data for reliable planning.
• Contribute to yearly revenue budgeting by consolidating forecasts and orders.
• Follow up on delivery dates for customer-supplied materials.
• Assess long-term forecast impact on equipment and site assignments.
• Provide site planners with data for a four-week production schedule.
