Job summary

Prime Matter Labs is seeking a proactive Production Planner to optimize manufacturing schedules for a growing personal care brand portfolio. You will collaborate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining accurate forecasts and capacity data in our ERP/MRP system.

The role requires a 2+ year track record in manufacturing planning, strong data analysis, and excellent communication to align cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in supply chain demand planning is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify production needs and help set quotas and metrics.
• Develop weekly and monthly production schedules with production staff.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping to meet monthly sales targets.
• Prioritize products and coordinate project needs on the production floor.
• Prepare reports to track progress against forecasts and KPIs.
• Support S&OP processes and reconcile demand with capacity.
