Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of analytical experience in merchandise planning, inventory deployment, demand forecasting, finance, or logistics.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Access; strong statistical/quantitative analysis.

• Create SKU level sales and inventory plans for Victoria’s Secret Global and its Franchise Partners.
• Provide in-depth sales & inventory analysis and lead recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage planning processes including buys, in-season management, and partner allocations.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Allocation, Commercial Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
