Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to balance demand and supply using integrated forecasting across domestic and international channels.

You will work with IBP, supply chain, Sales, Marketing, and Winemaking to optimize inventory, service levels, and bottling line efficiency. The role emphasizes developing forecasting processes, dashboards, and performance metrics within a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Expert in supply chain planning principles: Demand Planning, MRP, DRP, Capacity Planning, Inventory Control, S&OP, IBP.
• Intermediate knowledge of forecasting concepts: statistical modeling, promotions, aggregation/dis-aggregation.

Responsibilities

• Use planning systems (ideally Anaplan) to build low level statistical baseline forecasts.
• Lead demand planning processes to determine opportunities and risks against the forecast.
• Facilitate IBP process with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Winemaking; identify risks and contingencies.
• Ensure supply supports demand plans by collaborating with the supply planning team.
• Provide transparency to demand plans for stakeholders.
