Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting and integrated business planning, balancing demand with supply and inventory costs. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop short-, mid-, and long-term demand plans.

The candidate will work with planning systems such as Anaplan and ERP tools, bring expertise in demand planning principles, and contribute to improving forecast accuracy across domestic and international channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Expert in demand planning principles (DPP, MRP, DRP, S&OP, IBP).
• Forecasting concepts: statistical modeling, promotional planning, aggregation/dis-aggregation.

Responsibilities

• Use planning systems (Anaplan) to build baseline forecasts.
• Lead demand planning processes against company forecast.
• Facilitate IBP with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Winemaking.
• Ensure supply aligns with demand plans through collaboration with the supply planning team.
• Develop dashboards and input screens for forecasting and reporting.
