Ste. Michelle Wine Estates seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting and integrated business planning, balancing demand with supply and inventory costs. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop short-, mid-, and long-term demand plans.
The candidate will work with planning systems such as Anaplan and ERP tools, bring expertise in demand planning principles, and contribute to improving forecast accuracy across domestic and international channels.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the success of balancing demand and supply at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. Through a formal Integrated Business Planning process, the Demand Planning Manager will develop, implement and drive the forecasting processes that support the company’s short-, mid- and long-term business plans for the domestic, international channels. The role will work closely with the Integrated Business Planning team, Supply Chain/Operations, Sales, Marketing, Vineyard/Winemaking and Executive teams to collaborate on an end-to-end plan that balances customer service needs with inventory cost, profit, risk and optimal bottling line efficiency.
