Job summary

Stryker Corporation, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Demand Planner to own the end-to-end forecasting process and rolling 24‑month plan. You will collaborate across Commercial and Supply Planning to inform launches and exits over the next 12–18 months, presenting insights to executives.

Required is a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Business with 4+ years of experience, strong Excel and data storytelling skills, ERP/SQL/PowerBI familiarity, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business required.
• 4+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to tell stories with data.
• Experience with ERP systems, SQL, and PowerBI preferred.
• ASCM certification and medical device background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process and translate financial projections to SKU/IPN-level forecasts.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 24-month demand plan and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead Executive Demand Reviews (EDR) and KPI reporting aligned with the IBP process.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Planning, and cross-functional teams on launches and exits in 12–18 months.
• Communicate forecasts, risks, opportunities, and insights to executives with actionable recommendations.
• Own forecasting model development and data integrity across systems; monitor forecast accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects; mentor team on planning processes.
