Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Demand Planner in Florida to oversee forecasting for customers and products. You’ll develop statistical models, collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and replenishment teams, and drive the monthly S&OP process using Oracle.

You will mentor a team of planners, maintain KPI dashboards, and ensure accurate demand planning with strong communication. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred while ERP/WMS expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of directly related experience.
• Experience leading others in a team setting.
• Proficient with ERP or WMS systems.
• Strong oral and written communication for presentations.
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends and forecast data.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to align forecasts.
• Develop analysis for demand for new product launches.
• Create aggregate forecasts to align cross-functional planning.
• Use Oracle as the primary forecasting system tool.
• Maintain KPI scorecards for forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns.
• Supervise a team of demand planners.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.
