Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Demand Planner in Austin to own monthly demand forecasts forecasting for multiple channels and product lines. You will model forecasts, review drivers, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure accuracy and alignment with the business plan.

You will lead monthly consensus reviews, present S&OP readouts, and strive for forecast accuracy. The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain, a BS degree, and strong Excel/Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or related field such as finance or statistics.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in demand planning software (Logility, Demand Works, SAP, NetSuite).
• Knowledge of time-series forecasting methods and models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly demand forecasts across a rolling 12-month horizon.
• Review historical sales trends and drivers; research demand drivers.
• Prepare forecast data and statistical models; evaluate results.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer finance on drivers.
• Lead monthly demand consensus reviews and S&OP readouts.
• Communicate forecasts, risks, and opportunities in key meetings.
• Maintain forecasting systems and improve standard practices.
• Promote an inclusive, accountable, results-driven team environment.
