Job summary

Bradshaw Home is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, to own the end-to-end demand forecast and drive S&OP alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

You will translate strategic priorities into a consensus forecast and partner with cross-functional leaders to balance demand, inventory, and service levels. The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in demand planning, advanced Excel, and proven leadership in S&OP/IBP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in progressive demand planning experience, preferably in CPG/FMCG.
• Proven leadership within S&OP/IBP environments.
• Advanced Excel and demand planning system expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all channels, customers, and product categories.
• Lead the demand planning pillar of the S&OP process, including executive-level reviews.
• Translate commercial strategy, promotions, pricing, and new products into a consensus forecast.
