Job summary

Bradshaw Home in Rancho Cucamonga, CA seeks a founding member of our Project Management team to own end-to-end NPD programs from concept to retail launch, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-spec delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape PMO standards, and partner with Product, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations and Quality to drive execution excellence and scalable product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar is required.
• Typically 7–10+ years of professional experience with ownership of complex NPD programs.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple large or complex NPD programs through the Phase Gate process.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Product, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, and Creative.
• Develop and manage integrated timelines, assess risks, and protect timing, cost, and scope.
